Dill Syrupas featured at the Be Wise Ranch Harvest DinnerIngredients
PreparationBring 2 quarts heavily salted water to a rolling boil, add dill and basil, let boil for 3 minutes. Remove dill with a spider or small strainer. Rinse with cold water until cool, set aside. In a separate saucepan, combine sugar and water, bring to a boil. Blend herbs and simple syrup until a smooth consistency is reached. Cool. To serve: spoon desired amounts over granita and cucumber.
