Cashew Cake Batter Crème Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup raw cashews, soaked for one hour or more
  • 1 to 1 ¼ cup water (can also use coconut water or almond milk)
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut butter
  • 1.5 tsp. vanilla extract or vanilla bean
  • 1/2 tsp. stevia
  • 1/4 tsp himalayan or celtic salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Chill in fridge and served as a pudding
