Cashew Cake Batter Crème Pudding

Ingredients
1 heaping cup raw cashews, soaked for one hour or more
1 to 1 ¼ cup water (can also use coconut water or almond milk)
3 Tbsp. coconut butter
1.5 tsp. vanilla extract or vanilla bean
1/2 tsp. stevia
1/4 tsp himalayan or celtic salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients. Chill in fridge and served as a pudding
