Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
 Slowly melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering hot water. Take off heat and stir until smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Using and electric whisk, whisk the eggs together until pale and thick. Then incorporate chocolate mixture.
Sift the flour over the mixture and gently fold in, Using a large metal spoon. Divide into ramekins and bake 12-15 minutes.
Turn onto plate and serve immediately. Garnish with chocolate sauce, fresh berries, or powdered sugar and mint.
