Julie has been working as a personal and private chef since 2001, first traveling the world cooking aboard private and charter yachts for several years after graduating from UC Santa Barbara in 2000. She returned to her home town of San Diego in 2005 to develop Dining Details.
Robbie began his cooking career working in the kitchens of fine dining establishments in his home town of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and in Denver, Colorado, where he received his formal culinary training.

Phil graduated with an electrical engineering degree from Purdue but then decided to follow his culinary passion and attended Culinary School at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts.

Devin has been working with Dining Details since 2009 as a dinner party chef, lead prep chef, and event chef. With classic culinary training, and resume that boasts such positions as that of sous chef for the acclaimed "Anthology" restaurant in San Diego, Devin brings a very strong foundation and classic cooking style to Dining Details.
