Julie Frans,

Julie has been working as a personal and private chef since 2001, first traveling the world cooking aboard private and charter yachts for several years after graduating from UC Santa Barbara in 2000. She returned to her home town of San Diego in 2005 to develop Dining Details.

Chef Robbie Frans,
Owner/Chef/Operations Manager

Robbie began his cooking career working in the kitchens of fine dining establishments in his home town of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and in Denver, Colorado, where he received his formal culinary training. After accepting the position of chef aboard the 110' private yacht, Dorothea, he quickly became the traveling private chef to a prestigious US Ambassador.
