Devin has been working with Dining Details since 2009 as a dinner party chef, lead prep chef, and event chef. With classic culinary training, and resume that boasts such positions as that of sous chef for the acclaimed "Anthology" restaurant in San Diego, Devin brings a very strong foundation and classic cooking style to Dining Details. His style is California Modern, bringing in influences of Spanish, French, Latin, Italian, and Modern America cuisine, creating palate pleasing and super interesting dishes and flavor combinations. His dishes, like his strawberry confetti appetizer and butterscotch pot de cremes, have clients talking months after they taste his specialties and experience his craft. Soft spoken and hard working, Devin leaves his impression on guests and hosts alike, leaving bellies full and palates pleasantly satisfied.
